Telehealth
Virtual Consultation, prescription and or medication refill, two-week follow-up.

Concierge Fees and Insurance
Physical Exam
Concierge fee $120.00. We bill your insurance for the examination and other procedures performed during the visit.
Coordination of Care
Concierge fee $120.00. We bill your insurance for the examination and other services ordered (labs, EKGs, and X-rays).
Telehealth
$85.00, no Insurance accepted.
Wound Care
Concierge fee $120.00. We bill your insurance for treatment and supplies used during the visit.
Physical Exam Self-pay
$250.00 Physical exam, prescription refill, referrals, and coordination of care.
